The transformation the body undergoes during pregnancy and birth is essential for the growth of a baby and the creation of a family. Yoga offers emotional, mental and physical calming during pregnancy, labour and birthing. Connect with your body and baby by developing mindfulness, calm and strength during pregnancy with online prenatal yoga classes. Learn how to use yoga safely during pregnancy while developing the required endurance to birth baby. Prenatal yoga can help develop acceptance of the changes the body undergoes during pregnacy while preparing for the upcoming demands associated with parenthood. All levels of yoga are welcome and all trimesters will be accomodated during class. Each class is 75 minutes long and is held online via Zoom. Classes run for 6 weeks and cost $75 for the entire 6 weeks. Registration is for all six weeks and drop-in is not available at this time. You must have approval from your healthcare provider prior to attending these classes and be at least six weeks postpartum.
